Product Description
Master Bond EP3HTND-2 combines easy processing with excellent physical and bonding strength properties. It is a one part system requiring no mixing and can be stored at room temperature or in a refrigerator. While it needs oven curing with a minimum temperature of 250°F, it is exceptionally fast curing at that temperature (even faster at higher temperatures). It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including glass, metals, ceramics and most plastics and has superb physical strength properties. EP3HTND-2 also offers good electrical insulation properties. The service temperature is -60°F to +400°F. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. EP3HTND-2 possesses superior chemical resistance to water, oils, fuels and many acids and bases. The color of EP3HTND-2 is brown to tan. This epoxy is widely used in the aerospace, electronics, electrical and OEM industries where superior physical properties, fast curing and high performance are essential.
